The business operates with the philosophy that quality and safety are outcomes of executing great business practices following a commitment to continuous improvement. ____________________________________________ This position works closely with other operational areas of the business including Production, NPD and Engineering, Design, Projects and Customer Service. Daily tasks may include: Developing & maintaining detailed building services BIM models using Revit, Inventor, and other design software Conducting clash detection and resolution to ensure design integrity and constructability. Coordinating with external trades/contractors working on projects to ensure correct design and modelling. Working closely with engineers and system designers to translate concepts and technical specifications into workable designs, ensuring all designs comply with relevant Australian Standards and Regulations, as well as industry BIM standards and project‑specific requirements. Participating in design reviews and quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards are met. Contributing to the development of innovative design solutions that improve product performance We’re looking for a motivated individual with: 3+ years in drafting or BIM modelling roles. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Inventor, Navisworks, and ideally Vault. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technical drawing principles. Experience with BIM standards and documentation. Leadership potential and desire to grow into a team lead role. A mindset that embraces change and continuous improvement.
