Customer Experience Coordinator - Sydney- FTC 6-12 months Employment Type: Fixed Term (Full Time) Business Area: Operations & Commercial Division: Grains Commercial Location: Barangaroo, New South Wales, AU About our team As the largest grain storage and handling network on the east coast of Australia, we operate more than 150 regional receival sites and seven bulk port terminals. We store and market wheat, barley, canola, sorghum and specialty commodities, connecting over 10,000 growers with more than 1,000 end-market customers across the food, beverage, edible oils and animal feed industries. About the role GrainCorp is currently seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator, based at our Sydney Office in the CBD. We're looking for a proactive, self starter who thrives in a fast paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. The responsibilities of the role will include: Acting as the first and single point of contact for customers, directing and managing all enquiries and requests Managing buyer services hotline calls and emails Account administration management, ensuring accuracy Developing and maintaining relationships with buyers/customers and executing their requirements in a timely and accurate manner About your experience Candidates will have experience working in a customer focused role in a commercial administrative or accounting area.
