Opportunity: FIFO HSE Advisor Location: FIFO ex Perth, Western Australia About the role: We are currently seeking FIFO HSE Advisors for our clients within both underground and open-pit mining operations across WA. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the effective execution of all HSE activities, contributing to the promotion of a strong culture on-site. Why you will want this role: 8:6 and 2:2 family-friendly rosters, Full-time permanent positions - employed directly by the organisation to be a valued team member, Organisations with a track record of sustainable and continuing growth, Diverse range of sites and clients across WA, from large national ASX-listed organisations through to small close-knit WA companies, Knowledgeable and supportive leadership teams to help you succeed, Competitive and industry standard remuneration packages, Requirements of the role: Minimum of Cert IV in Workplace Health & Safety, Cert IV in Training and Assessing highly desirable Experience within the mining industry - surface mining, underground, open-pit etc. Responsibilities: Field leadership and interactions, Guide, mentor and advise employees at all levels of the workforce on matters related to HSE, Providing support to the wider HSET team function - including both the site and Perth-based team, Conduct site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and provide recommendations for future risk mitigation, Collation and analysis of data and key metrics for reporting, Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of the HSEQ management system, Assisting/leading incident investigations.
