We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at Broadway Audiology in Ultimo, NSW. This part-time role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our growing audiology practice. If you have previous experience in a healthcare or medical administration setting, we'd love to hear from you. What you'll be doing Greeting and welcoming patients in a warm and courteous manner Scheduling appointments and managing the practice's calendar Handling patient enquiries, both in person and over the phone Maintaining accurate patient records and updating medical histories Assisting with basic administrative tasks, such as ordering supplies and managing inventory Supporting the broader clinical team as needed What we're looking for Previous experience in a medical or healthcare reception role Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine customer service focus Excellent organisational and time management abilities Proficient in using medical practice management software and Microsoft Office suite A passion for working in a dynamic, patient-focused environment Relevant qualifications in medical administration or a similar field will be highly regarded What we offer At Broadway Audiology, we pride ourselves on creating a supportive and collaborative work culture.
