Position Social Worker – Cornelia Program – Royal Women’s Hospital (St Kilda / Parkville) Contract Part‑time, 32 hours weekly; fixed term until 30 June 2026. Salary range $104,135 – $107,796 (pro‑rata for part‑time), plus salary packaging, super and 5 weeks annual leave. About the Role The Cornelia Social Worker plays a vital role in supporting women and their babies in the program through individualized case management and group activities. The social worker also conducts complex assessments and refers to specialist community‑based services such as AOD and child protection. A Regular Day Will Include Assess and support women and infants during their stay in the Cornelia Program Liaise with partner organisations, internal hospital programmes and external stakeholders Make referrals to relevant community and health services Facilitate and organize group activities within the Cornelia program About You We are looking for an experienced social work practitioner able to work in a small multidisciplinary team across the hospital and community sites.
