We’ve got 30 state-of-the-art gaming machines, a lively main bar complete with an 8‑ball table, and a warm, friendly atmosphere that keeps locals and visitors coming back. What you can expect in a day in this role: Working in a fast‑paced kitchen environment and under the supervision of the Head Chef, you will be responsible for a variety of culinary tasks, including but not limited to: Food Preparation Upholding food health and safety compliance General cleaning and maintenance Working across all areas of the kitchen What you will bring to the role: Successful candidates will have a trade qualification (Cert III in Commercial Cookery) alongside: A passion for food, coupled with a dedication to providing exceptional service Previous experience in pub/bistro‑style dining (preferred but not essential) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Enthusiasm and commitment The ability to work under pressure and multitask Reliability and flexibility, with a commitment to working a variety of shifts, including day, night, and weekend shifts.
