Reporting directly to the Venue Manager and Managing Director, you will be instrumental in driving quality, consistency, and innovation while mentoring and developing a talented kitchen brigade. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily kitchen operations across the bistro and function venues Lead, motivate, and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff Drive culinary excellence during service and high-volume events Develop the seasonal menu design, including specials.
