Cartage Coordinator Location: Tullamarine, 100% onsite.Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) About Us Specific Freight is a proudly Australian-owned international freight forwarder based in Tullamarine. We're seeking an experienced and motivated Cartage Coordinator to join our dynamic Customs team at our Melbourne Head Office. Responsibilities Monitoring clearance status of cargo Liaising with shipping lines, transport companies and end customers to facilitate smooth delivery processes and customer satisfaction Raising disbursement and final invoicing to customers Air, LCL and FCL end‑to‑end delivery Managing complex problems Organising and handling project work Demonstrated FCL container cartage experience gained specifically within the industry Sound working knowledge of Cargowise One industry software, 1‑stop and IC Clean Fit and Proper Persons check to obtain ASIC card Positive hardworking attitude Responsible, reliable and adaptable Knowledge of Quarantine requirements preferred but not essential Australian work rights required for this position How to Apply If you believe you are the right person for the job and would like to work for a company with long‑term prospects, then please click apply and address your application to Hope Dowsett, Customs Manager.
