About Sidelink Transport Sidelink Transport is one of Victoria`sfastest growing wharftransport companies. Located in Truganina in Melbourne west, Sidelink boastone of the largest fleet of Sideloaders in Melbourne as well as a variety of standard trailers and HPFV Combinations. We are currently seeking an experienced individual with strong VBS knowledge to join our timeslot coordination team. Reporting directly to the VBS manager, the primary objective of the role is to co-ordinate all Import & Export timeslot`s at assigned terminals to ensure that client requests are met. Individual will also be responsible for ensuring that all wharf vehicles meet terminal deadlines. Responsibilities include: Daily planning of timeslots Liaising with customer service reps to ensure client requests are met Booking of timeslots & stack runs through VBS system Shuffling timeslots when required Manifesting wharf vehicles through 1-stop Updating Sidelink operating system (Freight Tracker) with all driver movements The successful candidate must have: Exceptional knowledge with 1-stop VBS system Experience of wharf transport industry Strong understanding of Victorian mass and dimension limits.
