Job Description Lead and supervise a team of three, ensuring key deliverables are met and providing coaching and development. Collaborate with two other team leaders to align processes and deliver consistent HR services across the business. Oversee HR administration, recruitment, onboarding, and employee change requests. Ensure compliance with industrial agreements and internal policies. Prepare monthly reports and support HR Business Partners with data and insights. Drive process improvements and contribute to new HR initiatives in 2026. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates in HRIS and payroll systems. The Successful Applicant Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Team Lead. Strong organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in process improvement and system integration. Immediately available. Experience with Australian labor law. What's On Offer Salary package of $100,000 plus super. Flexibility to work 2 days from home and 3 days from the office.
