Job Description: Experienced Production Brewer Want to join one of Australia's fastest growing independent beverage & hospitality companies? Moon Dog Brewing produces some of Australia’s most innovative and delicious beers, seltzers and mixed beverages from our craft brewery in Preston. Moon Dog is keen to find an experienced production brewer with a drive to produce excellent beers and seltzers. This is a full-time permanent role, consisting of 5 x 8-hour shifts Monday - Friday, generally alternating between morning and afternoon shifts. Kick-off date is as soon as you can Duties of the role include: Operation of the brewhouse General brewing responsibilities, cellar duties, equipment maintenance and cleaning QC/QA/lab responsibilities Providing input to continuous improvement programs What you will have: Two years' experience as a production brewer in a medium to large craft brewery Qualifications in brewing or a related discipline are desirable Familiarity with health and safety, cleaning and sanitation, hygiene, and food safety requirements Forklift license is favorable Full availability to work across Monday to Friday, 6am - 9pm Desire to be part of an awesome production team making top-notch beers and seltzers Please apply with your CV and a brief cover letter to , letting us know why you're keen to work at Moon Dog At Moon Dog, diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the core of how we work.
