In this role, you’ll build strong client relationships, identify new opportunities, and ensure customers receive proactive service solutions that keep their generators performing at their best.Every day will be different — from visiting client sites to presenting tailored service proposals — but your ultimate goal is to deliver **exceptional customer experiences** and drive long-term contract growth.### What You’ll Do* Grow and manage service contracts for generator systems across NSW* Build strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients* Visit sites to assess generator performance and recommend solutions* Prepare and present customised service proposals and agreements* Collaborate with technicians to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery* Report on sales activity, pipeline opportunities, and client engagement### What You’ll Bring* Trade background in **electrical or mechanical fields** (or equivalent experience)* Knowledge of diesel/gas generators (or a strong willingness to learn quickly)* Proven sales or business development experience in a technical/service industry* Strong communication and client relationship-building skills* Self-motivation with the ability to work independently and as part of a team* Current driver’s licence and flexibility to travel across NSW#J-18808-Ljbffr
