We have an opportunity for a Fleet Controller to join us on Twilight Shift - 1:30pm start Based at our West Melbourne site you will be working in the transport team reporting to the Transport Manager. Own reliable transport is absolutely essential The primary objective of the Fleet Controller is to be responsible for the allocation and scheduling of all fleet, ensuring strict delivery deadlines are adhered to. What your day can look like: Prioritize fleet workloads Ensure the fleet operates efficiently at all times to minimize costs and time lost Maintain service levels to clients Ensure clients are kept informed of any delays What you can bring to us: Prior experience with managing a fleet of trucks is ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL Experience with container movements , collections from the wharf and delivery to clients Sound computer skills. Experience in Maximas and Container Chain not essential, but desirable Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast paced environment Be happy to ‘deviate’ as and if required By choosing to work at ACFS, you will be shaping the future of logistics and creating a career at Australia's largest privately owned container logistics operator This role is subject to a Police Clearance #J-18808-Ljbffr
