We are now seeking Expressions of Interest from passionate and experienced Centre Directors and Portfolio Directors across Sydney and regional NSW , including the north coast and south coast regions. Portfolio Directors are senior leaders who provide floating support across multiple centres, driving high quality practice, operational excellence and leadership capability. Why Join Us? Study allowances to upskill qualifications (including Early Childhood Teaching degrees, T&Cs apply) Travel allowances (T&Cs apply) About the roles: You will lead your centre as the Nominated Supervisor, focusing on team development, operational oversight and high quality educational outcomes. You will be the driving force behind positive culture, compliance, and service excellence. You will be a senior operational leader supporting multiple centres. Your focus will be coaching Centre Directors, strengthening leadership capability, supporting compliance and quality improvement, and ensuring consistent service delivery across your allocated region. About you: ACECQA approved Diploma or Teaching Degree in Early Childhood Education Proven leadership experience, with strong capability in staff development Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards, with the ability to develop and guide QIPs Excellent written and verbal communication skills Current First Aid, CPR, Child Protection, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates Current Working with Children Check For Portfolio Director roles, prior Centre Director experience is strongly preferred Little Zak’s Child Safety Commitment Little Zak’s Academy is a Child Safe Organisation.
