Human Resources Business Partner Salary : Level 3, $86,439 - $92,795 pa, PSCSAA Location : Broome Unit / Division : Organisational Services Work Type : Permanent – Full Time Position No. Job Overview This is an exciting opportunity to join North Regional TAFE in a rewarding role located in the beautiful Northwest of Australia, which is home to the world's oldest continuing cultures. Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for a portfolio of clients on a range of human‑resources processes, serving as liaison between the College and the Training Sector Employee Services for recruitment, establishment and payroll matters. Provide general advisory and support services to the College, including onboarding, relocation and off‑boarding. Work closely with the Senior HR Business Partner on communication of HR matters, organisational changes and business improvement initiatives. Based at the Broome campus with regular travel to other North Regional TAFE campuses across the Kimberley and Pilbara regions. Qualifications & Eligibility Eligibility for employment is subject to obtaining a satisfactory Department of Education Criminal Clearance. If this position involves contact with children, a Working with Children (WWC) Card is required. Australian Citizenship, a relevant visa or permanent residency is required. Benefits & Compensation Five weeks paid leave, with the option to accrue an additional two weeks leave each year by working a 39‑hour week.
