Responsibilities Oversee all financial operations, including accounts processing, club financial reporting, and compliance. Prepare and monitor departmental budgets, providing regular performance reports and analysis to key stakeholders. Manage IT requirements and ensure effective integration of management systems across the department. Provide financial advice and support to sporting clubs. Qualifications Experienced finance professional with a strong understanding of IT systems, capable of driving operational excellence in a dynamic university sports environment while providing high‑level support to diverse stakeholders. Relevant degree or extensive experience in financial management and systems coordination. Strong skills in financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting software. High‑level computer proficiency, including advanced spreadsheet skills and IT knowledge. Working knowledge of GST in an accounts payable/receivable context.
