Role Technical Lead Experience 10+ Years Location Sydney Technical Skills Hands on experience in framework creation and reusable component development. Strong understanding of SQL and experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2012 and Oracle 11g. Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, SOAPUI) and unit testing frameworks (JUnit). Hands‑on experience with version control systems and issue tracking tools. Exposure to application monitoring and server access tools. Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. Experience in Agile and waterfall methodologies. Main Duties / Responsibilities Collaborate with client teams to gather and analyze business requirements. Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies. Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with external systems and databases. Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure code quality and adherence to standards. Work with DevOps teams to deploy applications in cloud or on‑prem environments. Maintain and enhance existing applications based on client feedback and evolving business needs. Prepare technical documentation including design specifications, user guides, and deployment instructions. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives. Coordinate with offshore teams for development and support activities. Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks and report progress to client stakeholders.
