We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Traffic Management Contracts Technician to join our dynamic team based in Perth . About the Role As a Graduate Traffic Management Contracts Technician, you'll support the design, planning, and delivery of traffic management schemes across a range of infrastructure and maintenance projects. Working alongside experienced Contracts Managers, you'll gain hands-on experience in all aspects of temporary traffic management, from site assessments and CAD design to compliance and client liaison. Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of traffic management layout drawings using AutoCAD Support the tendering and delivery of contracts in line with company and client requirements Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project needs and constraints Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, legislation, and industry guidance (e.g., Chapter 8, Safety at Street Works and Road Works) Liaise with local authorities, contractors, and internal teams to support smooth project delivery Maintain accurate records, drawings, and documentation About You Degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, Transport, or related discipline Strong communication and organisational skills Attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines Full UK driving licence (essential) Experience with AutoCAD (preferred) A proactive attitude and willingness to learn within a fast-paced, technical environment What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Quarterly Bonus Company Van Full training and development programme with career progression opportunities Support to achieve professional qualifications A supportive and collaborative work environment Join us and be part of a team shaping safer, smarter roads across Scotland. #J-18808-Ljbffr
