A leading residential property and home-building business is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead brand, promotional and sales enablement activity across a large-scale residential portfolio. This is a senior, high-impact leadership role for a commercially focused marketer who thrives in fast-paced, consumer-led environments and wants to directly influence growth, demand and sales performance. The Opportunity: Reporting into the CMO, this role owns the strategy and execution of: Support integrated brand campaigns across residential home products Promotional marketing to drive enquiry and sales velocity Sales enablement and lead generation activity The end-to-end display home marketing program Management of external brand, creative and production agencies Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning and delivery of integrated brand campaigns Ensure consistent brand expression across all customer touchpoints Track, report and optimise campaign performance across digital and offline channels Promotional Marketing & Collateral Deliver high-impact promotional and product-driven campaigns Oversee all marketing collateral across print, digital and physical environments Ensure sales teams are consistently supported with high-quality, timely assets Sales Enablement & Lead Generation Partner closely with Sales leaders to drive lead generation and conversion Deliver campaign activity that directly supports the sales pipeline Support promotions, launches, events and local area marketing initiatives Display Home Program Own and optimise the display home marketing strategy Drive traffic, visitation and appointment generation Ensure displays are supported with best-in-class signage, digital and print assets Agency & Stakeholder Management Lead relationships with brand, creative and production agencies Brief, manage and evaluate agency performance Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Construction and Executive teams About You: You are a confident, commercially driven senior marketer with a strong track record in delivering brand-led growth and sales-driving campaigns. You will bring: 8+ years’ experience in senior marketing, campaign or brand leadership roles Proven experience leading brand and promotional campaigns end-to-end Strong background in sales enablement and lead generation marketing Experience managing agencies and complex stakeholder environments Excellent project management, communication and influencing skills Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline Experience in residential property, home building, destination-led marketing categories will be highly regarded.
