Base pay range A$950.00/daily - A$1,050.00/daily About the Company Davidson is partnering with a forward-thinking organisation embarking on a significant digital transformation. Together, we're seeking a Project Change Lead to accelerate adoption and deliver lasting business outcomes. This is an initial 12‑month contract with possible extensions. About the Role As Project Change Lead, you will work on two technology projects: HR systems (Payroll & Timekeeping) and Asset Management. Responsibilities Develop and implement fit‑for‑purpose change management strategies and plans to enable successful delivery. Conduct change impact and stakeholder analyses to identify risks, opportunities, and readiness levels. Design and deliver communication, engagement, and training initiatives to build awareness, capability, and adoption. Collaborate with project teams, business units, and HR to align change activities with project milestones and business priorities. Coach leaders and change champions to guide their teams through transition. Monitor adoption progress and feedback, maintaining key artefacts to inform continuous improvement and ensure inclusivity. About You Proven experience leading change for technology implementations, ideally spanning HR systems and Asset Management. Strong capability in stakeholder analysis, impact assessment, communications, training, and coaching. Confident partnering with project managers, HR, and business leaders to align change with delivery milestones. Experience delivering change for field workers. Skilled at measuring adoption and using feedback to iterate. Experience within local council or government is beneficial.
