Join us as a Change Lead in the Integrated Workforce Management (IWFM) Program, where you'll play a vital role supporting the delivery of large‑scale ICT‑enabled business change projects. Based on‑site within the implementing facility, you will build change capability by mentoring staff, while fostering strong stakeholder engagement and supporting end users to ensure successful, sustainable implementation. If you're passionate about making a real impact and thriving in a fast‑moving environment, this is the role for you Qualifications Experience and expertise in change management/business transformation change management. Successful leadership of workforce management transformation activities including benefits realisation, stakeholder engagement, communications and training, within a large, complex organisation‑wide project environment. Excellent change planning, analysis, interventions, resistance management, conceptualisation and problem solving skills. Significant experience in the documentation, implementation and evaluation of business change activities in a large scale complex project environment. Expert level stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including the ability to engage, influence and connect with others.
