We are seeking a project management expert to drive the implementation of SAP S/4HANA, to replace SAP ECC6, across three government agencies. This role will lead the end-to-end delivery of the change components of the program, working closely with delivery teams, agency stakeholders, and external partners to ensure change management is seamlessly integrated into the project lifecycle. The role is critical to ensuring the departments and their stakeholders are well-prepared for the system upgrade, and that the transition is smooth, supported, and adopted effectively across all impacted areas. Responsibilities Deliver the S/4HANA migration project, a complex multi-agency program of work, ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements. Develop and implement a comprehensive Change Management Strategy and Plan. Provide expert strategic and tactical advice and leadership on change management, ensuring all necessary change management elements are embedded in plans and any related impacts are identified and addressed. Manage risks and issues that may impact on the successful implementation of the project, including timely escalation within a well-managed governance framework. Support and work closely with a wide array of teams to ensure S/4HANA aligns with the strategic direction of the department, business areas, and whole-of-Government, meeting organisational capacity and budget requirements. Oversee data migration, system integration, and testing activities. Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to establish a change network to ensure program success. Manage and report on project related trends and performance, including progress, financials, and post-implementation reviews, against project plans and schedules.
