Compensation Salary Range: $109,079 - $113,933 Salary Packaging (providing tax benefits of up to $18,550) Full / Part‑time role based in Joondalup $4,000 sign‑on bonus (limited time) About the Opportunity This permanent full‑time role offers you the chance to work with children, young people and adults with diverse disabilities. You’ll provide expert assessment, therapy and support while collaborating with families, carers and our multidisciplinary team to create meaningful outcomes. What You’ll Be Doing Conduct comprehensive speech pathology assessments and develop tailored intervention plans Provide evidence‑based therapy across speech, language, fluency, mealtimes and social communication Collaborate with families, educators and allied professionals to promote meaningful communication and participation Manage a varied caseload of NDIS and private clients with full support What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Speech Pathology and current Speech Pathology Australia membership Minimum 5 years post‑graduate experience in disability or related field Strong clinical reasoning skills and knowledge Experience working with people with intellectual disabilities, autism or complex needs Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel between sites Benefits A wide range of employee benefits including HBF Health discounts, Commonwealth Bank product discounts and other perks Flexible scheduling – manage your own calendar with both full‑time and part‑time availability to suit your work/life balance Bring a friend on board and be rewarded with $2,000 Access to expert training from experienced therapists with 10 years of clinical experience Fleet cars for work‑related travel Long service leave (pro‑rated after 5 years) Purchased Leave Program to increase annual leave up to 6 weeks each year 6 weeks paid parental leave If you meet the criteria mentioned above we would love to consider you.
