Seeking a Service Manager/ Nominated Supervisor for Kool Kidz Craigieburn Kool Kidz Craigieburn has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and inspiring Early Childhood Service Manager / Nominated Supervisor to lead our wonderful team in our centre located in Craigieburn. This role comes with training and professional development hosted by our Operations team of Early Childhood experts. The Approved Provider of the service will be on site daily, working alongside you as well as the support of a full-time, of the floor Educational Leader. You will play a significant role in ensuring Kool Kidz Craigieburn is providing a high‑quality and inspiring education and care service for the children and families attending. Kool Kidz Craigieburn is a 130-place service with an established team of passionate educators. As the Service Manager, you will be involved in promoting the service, growing enrolments, recruiting an experienced and enthusiastic team, as well as developing strong community involvement. Key duties for this role will include: Working with all staff to ensure the provision of a safe and stimulating learning environment for children. Mentor, support, inspire and guide Ensure effective and collaborative working relationships with and between staff Be informative, approachable and role model best practice at all times Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations and our policies and procedures Ensure provision of a service which meets and exceeds the national quality framework and standards. Set continuous improvement plans and support the service to achieve these. Facilitate service staff meetings Building strong, positive, professional and ongoing relationships with families and the local community Engage with families in a positive and patient manner at all times. Key Requirements: Comprehensive working knowledge of the Education & Care Services National Regulations and relevant Law The National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards Extensive experience in Early Childhood Education Demonstrated experience in leadership and team development Willing to accept Nominated Supervisor Role Ability to work autonomously and maintain various responsibilities simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with CCMS and Qikkids Proven ability to create positive relationships Approved Early Childhood qualifications (minimum Diploma) Current Working with Children Check or VIT registration First Aid, Anaphylaxis, CPR and Asthma certification.
