Business Development Manager - Property Investment Partnerships Follio is a fast-growing, data-driven property investment advisory based in Subiaco, and we're expanding. We're looking for a hungry, proactive Business Development Manager to help grow our network of referral partners across Perth. If you're looking for a cushy account management role, this isn't it. If you're a dynamic, proactive go-getter who loves opening new doors and driving distribution, this is the role for you. You'll be connecting with Mortgage Brokers, Accountants, Financial Planners, Family Offices and other professional service groups, introducing them to our industry-leading investment advisory model. You'll have a proven proposition behind you, making it easy for partners to confidently refer clients seeking strategic property investment advice. Key Responsibilities Identify, engage and onboard new referral partners across financial services Manage and grow existing partner relationships through consistent, high-value engagement Run presentations, partner meetings and training sessions to position Follio's offering Work with partners to identify clients needing a property investment strategy and acquisition support Collaborate with our advisory and operations teams to ensure seamless referral handling Maintain accurate CRM, partnership pipelines and activity records Represent Follio at industry events, PD days, networking functions and partner offices What You'll Bring 3+ years in business development, partnerships, distribution or financial services Strong understanding of mortgage broking, financial planning or property investment Proven success building B2B referral relationships Confident communicator and polished presenter Highly proactive, self-driven and comfortable managing your own schedule Strong commercial acumen and relationship management capability Full Australian working rights; based in Perth Driver's licence preferred Why Join Follio Work with an industry-leading, data-backed investment advisory proposition Strong brand momentum and a highly engaged investor and partner network A platform backed by one of Perth's largest and fastest-growing property podcast communities, with : ? 1.1 million+ views ?
