We are seeking an experienced night manager to oversee all overnight operations ensuring residents receive an exceptional customer service experience. About the Role We are looking for a Night Manager to join our team at La Trobe University Bundoora Campus on a permanent full-time basis. In this role you will adapt to any situation that may arise during evening hours, think on your feet, and resolve problems as they arise. Resident safety is a top priority for our frontline operations teams. You will support residents' wellbeing and manage the building during the overnight hours. Responsibilities Monitoring building security and safety, performing perimeter checks and resolving issues or emergencies that arise while on duty. Carrying out administration tasks including maintaining records, processing payments, auditing, reporting, etc. Effective incident management during night shift, including grievances and conflict resolution. Act as a support to residents, forming a friendly and open point of contact for assistance, information, and welfare. Respond to residents' calls about noise or disturbances within the building, and lock-outs. Attend appropriate training and mandatory staff meetings when required.
