In the role of Lead Workplace Team , you will join the Workplace team that’s doubling down on customer obsession . In this Lead Workplace Team role , you will: Responsibilities Be responsible for delivering end to end workplace services in one of NAB’s commercial buildings. You will be the senior workplace leader within the building and are responsible ensuring consistently high levels of customer service satisfaction for all workplace related activities within. People lead and be responsible for the coaching and development of Guest Services Associates and Advisors. You will guide and collaborate with a range of external vendor partners and stakeholders to provide exceptional workplace experiences and service to colleagues, customers and the community. The purpose of the Workplace Lead role is to coordinate the end-to-end delivery of workplace support services to ensure an exceptional workplace experience for all colleagues, customers and visitors. You will ensure that all services and activities are delivered with the highest level of detail and to the highest standards. As a key ‘go to’ person on site, you will ensure that any service issues or requests are resolved effectively and quickly. You’ll need: Qualifications Extensive Customer Service/ Customer Experience Proven People Management experience Demonstrated stakeholder management experience Hospitality industry background preferred Exposure to Facilities Management preferred A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone.
