This includes leading and supporting initiatives that enhance student engagement through learning, leadership, cultural understanding, service and school spirit to reflect the Good Samaritan values. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: Commitment to Catholic education, a clear understanding of the vision and mission of Catholic Schools and a willingness to support faith formation of students. Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, motivate and mentor to ensure optimal individual and team performance in achieving strategic program outcomes. Effective administrative and organisational skills including highly developed interpersonal skills demonstrating an ability to effectively communicate with parents, students and staff. Well-developed planning, research, conceptual and strategic analysis and problem-solving skills. Ability to understand and apply effective project and program planning, coordination and control methods. Ability and willingness to work collaboratively and proactively engage with and contribute to the work of the Student Wellbeing Leadership Team.
