The main focus of a Delivery Coordinator is to work closely with the sales & finance team to deliver all new vehicles and always ensuring complete guest satisfaction. The Delivery Coordinator carries out a range of duties related to the purchase confirmation and delivery of all new vehicles including: Maintaining a high knowledge level of all Toyota products and vehicles Handling telephone queries Ordering product for customers Schedule/ Book & attend to deliveries Prepare vehicle registrations according to RMS requirements Prepare and record vehicle RDR's with Toyota Carry out data integrity checks on all vehicles Keep in constant contact with all guests to ensure prompt vehicle delivery Assisting with the preparation of product delivery to ensure that the extras or options are included. Meeting & Greeting Guests/ Host their Needs Assist New Car Manager with required duties when necessary Previous Experience in New/Used Car is Beneficial. Skills and Experience The right candidate will meet the following expectations: Be organised and excellent at managing time. Can work well under pressure and towards deadlines. Well presented at all times Professional Strive to exceed customer expectations. Must hold a valid NSW driver's license.
