Overview As part of our Transaction Services team you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on critical financial and operational aspects of mergers acquisitions and disposals. You will work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders including corporate executives private equity investors and high-growth companies to deliver actionable insights and drive successful outcomes. Responsibilities Lead or contribute to financial due diligence engagements for acquisitions and disposals. Analyse financial and operational results of target businesses through accounting reviews management interviews and data analysis. Prepare and evaluate pro forma financial information to identify key issues impacting deal structure valuation and negotiation. Manage project workflows ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. Support business development initiatives including proposal writing client relationship management and demonstrating sector-specific expertise. For Director-level roles : Provide strategic leadership manage complex engagements and cultivate long-term client relationships. Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting Finance Economics or Business. CA qualification (or international equivalent). Proven experience in transaction diligence M&A external audit or restructuring. Strong analytical skills commercial acumen and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. For Director-level candidates : Demonstrated leadership in managing complex projects and developing client portfolios. Day-to-Day Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess the performance and potential risks of target businesses. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive due diligence reports. Engage with clients to understand their strategic objectives and provide tailored advice.
