About this role The Senior Project Officer leads and supports projects to meet key Aboriginal workforce strategies under the NSW Health Aboriginal Transformation Agenda. The Senior Project Officer will develop and support best practice policies, programs, projects, and activities. This includes providing advice to support the achievement of NSW Health’s objectives in the Workforce Planning and Talent Development Branch. Crown Clerk 9/10, starting salary from $129,464 - $142,665 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week. For more information, please read the full Role Description. What you’ll be doing Lead and support projects across a suite of Aboriginal Workforce Transformation deliverables Provide expert advice that will shape policy and project management. Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to drive Aboriginal workforce improvements. About you We are seeking motivated and committed individual who can support the work of NSW Health with: Deep understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, communities, and health needs. Proven experience engaging with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities in a respectful and culturally safe manner. Experience in managing all stages of the project (planning, development, implementation, monitoring, risks and issues management and evaluation). Experience working across workforce projects or policy environments. Develop and work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
