Join us in Adelaide The Area Manager will guide, coach and inspire store teams across 30+ stores, 200+ team members in metro, regional and remote locations. Competitive salary + car + other benefits and incentives. A day in your life Deliver the BWS strategy by leading, coaching and motivating a team of Store Managers across multiple sites. Drive a culture of team connectedness across locations (Connected Communities) and ways of working. Contribute to and implement BWS operational plans within the State and Area to guide and ensure delivery of the overall business strategy. Communicate clear direction, strategy, goals and expectations, developing an inclusive, positive team culture. Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to enhance customer experiences and simplify processes for your teams. Role‑model working horizontally as an Area Manager, sharing learnings, solving business problems and sharing best practice to improve team and customer experiences. Identify and develop talent to build a pipeline for the future. About You Strong leadership experience in managing multiple sites (ideally 15+) and large teams (ideally 100+) within a retail environment. Experience navigating complex licensing/regulatory landscapes. Passion and transformational leadership abilities. Big‑picture thinking and innovation. A customer and team‑focused approach. Ability to guide, develop and inspire your team through change. Flexibility to travel as required. Benefits Flexible working in every sense.
