This is a chance to be a part of consistent growth and innovation with one of Australia's most revered public relations agencies, Thrive, driving earned-first integrated storytelling in the Tourism and Travel vertical.You will be a tourism junkie excited by travel in all shapes, forms and budgets.Work with some of the world's biggest brands predominately in travel and tourism, and hospitality, with a sprinkle of transport, wellness, automotive and more. You will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and one of the lead roles in the Brisbane team of category specialists and report to the local Brisbane Business Director.Be part of Thrive's local Senior Leadership Team where you will be exposed to the inner workings of the agency, learn how to achieve commercial goals and influence the agency and teams’ success.Managing your team & clientsExperience and expertise in travel, tourism, hospitality, sport and entertainment.Partner with long-standing clients who trust and respect Thrive and its people - you’ll be developing media strategies across traditional media and social, produce content for earned, owned and paid media channels, devise customer engagement strategies and overall deliver sound strategic counsel to clientsResponsible for nurturing the growth of your team and your client portfolio, managing workflow and outcomes, and devising strategies that build and protect the reputations of your clients.Drive best-in-class work across strategy, creative and delivery of traditional and integrated communications servicesAnd be a part of some of Australia’s biggest travel and tourism pitchesLearn & Grow.You'll participate in ongoing learning and development opportunities delivered across the agency in addition to tailored internal and external training to help you develop technical, commercial and broader EQ skills.You’ll be led by ambitious, consistent, thought-provoking and kind senior leaders.You'll be provided with unique global and local experiences with clients including domestic and global travel if desired.Your Experience, Approach & Impact : 10+ years experience in agency or inhouseYou share our values: you're passionate, accountable, curious, of high integrity and you thrive on collaboration with a #OneTeam approach.A genuine lover of news, policy, media and business in AustraliaAn ability to devise an integrated, strategic PR/social plan with impactNot afraid of pace and rolling up your sleeves to get things doneA demonstrated network developed by excellent relationship management and outstanding client service reputationA positive energetic approach to your work and a natural solutions-focused mindset, known for managing exceptional client relationsYou hustle internally and externally to get the job done, grow your client portfolio and deliver PR work that sets you and the agency apartA proven track record of client development resulting in annualised revenue growthExperienced manager of teamsFinancially astute and comfortable in commercial conversationsProven success in ‘closing' conversations with clear actions and next stepsAmbitious, accountable and driven to see yourself and others succeedThis is Thrive.Culture is everything.
