What you will enjoy doing Winning, retaining and growing customers to contribute to the achievement of sales, service and profit targets in the gases and welding equipment market is significant to this role Increase the profitability of the portfolio through effective price & contract management and product substitution Identify, develop, and commercialize growth opportunities with existing customer accounts and new business prospects You will develop mutually rewarding relationships with prospective and current customers Provide technical assistance, solutions and deliver outstanding customer experience You must work collaboratively across internal functions and plants What makes you great Strong selling and business development skills including customer negotiation Thorough knowledge of price and contract management You have experience growing existing accounts, generation and conversion Excellent time management skills afford a results focused approach, you take initiative Natural negotiator with excellent verbal and written communication skills Although not essential, welding, fabrication, or similar trade experience will be highly regarded You have the ability to travel and hold a clean driver's license - essential Why you will love working with us At Linde we identify ourselves with our products – either working for the technical or medical gases business.
