The Role Transform Every Event: Engage in setting up and installing high‑end event products and designs at a diverse range of prestigious venues across Melbourne and Victoria. Master Precision: Handle the bump‑in and bump‑out stages with meticulous care, upholding our high standards of quality and responsibility. Drive Logistics: Operate various vehicles, including vans and small trucks, to transport and manage event equipment efficiently. Collaborate On‑Site: Work closely with clients and team members to ensure seamless execution and exceptional service at every event. Utilise Cutting‑Edge Tools: Employ advanced software to streamline and enhance the preparation and delivery of client orders. What We Seek Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and handle equipment up to 10kg with ease. Team Spirit: A positive attitude and a collaborative approach, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Self‑Motivation: Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment. Licences & Location: A valid driver’s licence is required; MR and forklift licences are advantageous. Familiarity with the Melbourne Metro Area is preferred. Own car necessary for travel to our Epping warehouse and various event locations. Availability: Flexibility to work weekends and occasional night shifts, with competitive remuneration. Communication Skills: Effective English literacy, with strong customer service skills and a professional demeanour. Personal Presentation: Good hygiene and self‑presentation are essential, with a valid police check and steel‑cap work boots required.
