PRODUCTION & INSTALLATIONS LEAD Location: Epping, VIC Employment Type: Full-Time (Some weekend & after-hours work required) Start Date: January 2026 Experience Required: HR Truck Licence highly preferred About AMICA EVENTS AMICA Events is Melbourne’s premium luxury event, logistics, and production company. As we grow, we are creating a new senior operations role for someone who is strong, confident, reliable, safety-focused, and ready to become a long-term pillar within our production team . About the Role This role combines leadership, operations, logistics, warehouse responsibilities, on-site installation excellence, and premium client interaction. You will work across trucks, warehouse, staging, rigging, large installations, and high-end décor setups. You will also be client-facing on major events and act as a trusted extension of our Sales & Styling team interpreting designs and ensuring flawless execution. Key Responsibilities Driving HR trucks to and from venues Opening/closing the warehouse and maintaining secure operation standards Working closely with Sales to interpret large-scale installation designs Leading installation teams on-site with confidence and professionalism Rigging chandeliers, structures, overhead features (training provided or experience preferred) Supervising warehouse prep: cleaning, fine-tuning, testing, packing Ensuring safe, compliant work practices at all times Representing AMICA professionally when interacting with clients and venue partners Supporting warehouse operations and assisting with inventory preparation Working weekends or extended hours when required (events-based environment) Being a dependable, growth-focused “company person” who takes ownership What We’re Looking For HR Truck Licence – essential Forklift Licence – essential Applicants who already hold a valid Rigging Licence will be highly regarded Client-facing communication skills and professional presentation Ability to read, understand, and interpret installation designs Strong, physically capable, and unafraid of hands-on work Experience in event installations, staging, rigging, or similar (highly desirable) Someone who genuinely enjoys being part of a team and stepping up when needed High personal standards for safety, care, and workmanship Ability to work weekends and long days during peak seasons Why Join AMICA EVENTS?
