Marquee & Event Hire — Site & Crew Leader We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and hands‑on Site & Crew Leader to join our marquee and event hire team. This full‑time role suits someone who enjoys outdoor work, leading teams, and delivering professional event builds across weddings, festivals, corporate events, and large‑scale installations. Key Responsibilities Lead crews during marquee builds, deliveries, pack‑downs, and event installations. Load out and check all job inventory before leaving the yard using forklift. Drive manual HR vehicles to and from sites. Provide exceptional client communication and customer service. Ensure safety standards and operational procedures on every job. Manage inventory return processes and assist in the warehouse and yard as needed. Approve team timesheets and contribute to a strong team culture. Excellent time‑management skills and an efficiency mindset. Requirements Minimum 3 years' experience in marquee installation and events. Proven team leadership experience. Manual HR Licence (required). Forklift ticket (required or able to obtain immediately). Strong communication skills and a positive work attitude. Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
