Marketing Manager – ANZ (12‑month contract) – Techtronic Industries Australia & New Zealand , a global organisation and world‑class leader in quality consumer and professional products for the home improvement and construction industries. Based in Mount Waverley , you’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external agencies to ensure our marketing initiatives deliver measurable impact. About the Role Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager , you will develop and deliver the integrated marketing plan for all brands in the TTI Consumer Division across ANZ, leading a team of 2 Brand Managers and 1 Assistant Brand Manager . This hands‑on leadership role brings creativity and commercial acumen together in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities Lead and coach a multidisciplinary marketing team to deliver campaigns across all channels Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned to business priorities Oversee A&P budgets and media planning with a strong focus on ROI Manage agency relationships and ensure compelling brand propositions Drive sales initiatives, redemption programmes, and always‑on content strategies Collaborate with Digital Marketing Manager to optimise audience targeting and media investment Analyse market trends and campaign performance to inform decision‑making What We Offer Hybrid working model – flexibility for balance Generous product discounts – because we believe in what we create Wellbeing support through our Wellbeing Hub and EAP Recognition programmes and social events to celebrate team successes Professional development opportunities to support your career growth What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent 5+ years' experience managing a portfolio of brands and media planning across digital and traditional channels Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyse data to drive outcomes Experience managing agencies and collaborating with cross‑functional teams Proficiency with CRM systems, digital platforms, and analytics tools Exceptional communication and presentation skills Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Contract Job Function Marketing Industries Retail Appliances, Electrical and Electronic Equipment, Retail Building Materials and Garden Equipment Sounding like you?
