Team Leader Education and Care Centre Based Applications close 10:00 AM, 12 January 2026 Become the driving force behind quality early years education across our Shire. We're seeking a passionate leader to guide our centre‑based Education and Care team and shape exceptional early years programs for children across the shire. To be successful in this role you will need Qualifications Formal academic qualifications of Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or other qualifications as approved by ACECQA Employee Working with Children Check or Victorian teaching registration. Current driver licence. Experience Experience managing teams and developing a positive workplace culture. Local government experience. Key selection criteria 1 Sound knowledge and experience in the implementation of the Victorian Early Years Development Framework, Early Years Framework and the National Quality Standards. Key selection criteria 2 Demonstrated ability to effectively plan, organise and manage own time to achieve targets within set deadlines, using self‑motivation and resourcefulness. Key selection criteria 3 Demonstrated ability and experience in office administration procedures and coordination.
