Educator (Certificate III or Diploma) – Multiple Positions Positions are part-time, 37.5 hours per week. Rosters are based on a 6:45 am – 6 pm schedule. Employment Type Fixed‑term appointment commencing 6 January 2026 to 7 August 2026 while an Educator takes parental leave. Closing Date Applications must be submitted by Monday 8 December 2025. Key Responsibilities Engage with children through creative and educational activities, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment. Assist the room leader with implementing age‑appropriate curriculum and activities under the National Quality Framework, the Early Years Learning Framework and the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines. Build strong relationships with children and their families. Assist with observations and support children’s developmental needs by sharing observations with senior educators for documentation and planning. Qualifications and Requirements ACECQA‑approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or actively working towards completion of one of these qualifications. A passion for early childhood education and understanding of children’s growth and development. Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Framework and the Queensland Kindergarten guidelines and ability to implement age‑appropriate programming. Experience as an Educator. Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to maintain positive relationships with children, staff and parents. Mandatory Clearances/Certifications Blue Card, in accordance with ‘No Card, No Link, No Start’ law, as per the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000.
