This is a hands-on role where you’ll plan and execute a wide range of campaigns/events, develop engaging marketing content, and play a key role in connecting our brand with the community. Key Responsibilities Plan, develop, and implement marketing strategies to support business growth, and align with business objectives. Define target audience segments and create tailored marketing campaigns for attraction and engagement. Lead digital marketing initiatives across web, social media, email, and paid channels to drive business growth and engagement. Ensure brand consistency and introduce innovative ways to enhance our market presence. Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective execution of marketing plans. Develop and manage the marketing and content calendar, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines. Oversee social media accounts, create compelling content, and build online communities. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity to drive strategic adjustments. Plan events, launches, and promotions that resonate with targeted audiences. Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative approaches to optimize social media presence. Coordinate with restaurant managers, chefs, and agencies to support cohesive marketing efforts. Monitor campaign performance, deliver insights, and continuously refine strategies for growth. Regularly update and maintain marketing content to ensure accuracy and relevance. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to innovate and adapt marketing strategies. Requirements A Bachelor degree or higher qualification in relevant field. Minimum three years’ experience in a marketing role, preferably within food, hospitality, or retail. Proven success with digital marketing (social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC). Strong project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple initiatives. Creativity, analytical thinking, and a customer‑focused approach. Proficiency in Chinese is advantageous, as the role involves producing marketing materials and publicity content in both English and Chinese. Familiarity with Melbourne’s dining scene is a plus.
