Agency Solutions Manager – Client Success

Overview We’re seeking a strategic and analytical Agency Solutions Manager to join the ANZ team on a 12-month contract . This role supports agency partners across multiple agencies, helping them leverage advanced advertising solutions to drive measurable business results. You’ll combine technical expertise, data-driven insights, and strong relationship management skills to deliver exceptional outcomes for agencies and their clients. Key Details Start Date: ASAP Duration: 12 months Location: Sydney preferred or Melbourne Onsite 3 days per week, 2 days a week remote Key Responsibilities Support Agency Partners and the team director, managing multiple agencies. Manage support issues across agencies: identify issues, create and prioritize tasks, and ensure resolution. Guide clients to appropriate support channels and manage escalations. Deliver product updates and insights to agencies. Pull and deliver agency reports, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations. Support events through creation, coordination, and execution. Gather insights and share findings with stakeholders. Provide external product consultation and insights gathering. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years’ experience working in media agencies and/or performance marketing. Excellent prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple projects with strict attention to detail. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to analyze campaign performance and recommend optimized solutions tailored to client goals. Understanding of the Australian agency ecosystem. Experience working for or with agencies. Ability to work autonomously with guidance and direction. Preferred Qualifications Strong analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheets and data interpretation. Performance marketing experience (nice to have). Familiarity with social advertising platforms and ad products.
