Client Success & Lead Generation Manager (Remote | B2B | Sydney Hours) We’re hiring a Client Success & Lead Generation Manager to take ownership of campaign execution, lead generation, and client communication. You will be responsible for launching outbound campaigns, managing inboxes, qualifying leads, booking meetings, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients. This is a remote, part‑time role (25 hours/week) with the opportunity to grow into a full‑time leadership position over time. Working Hours (Sydney Time) You must be available during Sydney, Australia business hours (AEST/AEDT). Daily availability is required at these key times for inbox management: 9:00am – 10:00am 12:00pm – 1:00pm 4:00pm – 5:00pm Inbox sessions typically take around 30 minutes each. The rest of your time will be focused on client success and business development. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Outreach Build and manage LinkedIn and cold email campaigns using tools like Instantly, Sales Navigator, Expandi. Conduct inbox management, lead qualification, and responses 3 times per day. Book qualified meetings into client calendars using Calendly. Track performance and meeting data in Google Sheets. Book at least 3 qualified meetings per week for internal outreach. Client Success & Account Management Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts. Send weekly updates and lead status reports. Host monthly check‑in calls with clients over Google Meet. Monitor and optimise campaign performance. Deliver detailed notes for each booked call (name, email, company, website, meeting link, etc.). Requirements 1–2 years of proven experience in B2B appointment setting or lead generation. Confident using tools like Instantly, Sales Navigator, and Apollo. Comfortable speaking and writing in fluent English. Professional presence on video and client calls. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proactive communication and ability to take initiative. Contract & Pay Remote contractor role. $7 USD/hour. 25 hours/week (Mon–Fri). Consistent daily check‑ins are required during Sydney business hours. If availability is not communicated by 9:00am (Sydney time) and this occurs 3 times without notice, the contract may be ended.
