Solution Director

Solution Director - IoT & Digital Engineering Utilities ANZ Lead all proposals, new requirements from Utilities accounts – New or Existing – from IoT & Digital Engineering (IoT & DE) side and deliver total deal wins and revenue generated through those opportunities. Leading the Solution approach for the proposals with your Industry and System knowledge within Utilities for IoT DE offerings. Bringing new clients and hunting new opportunities within existing accounts. Business Development for IoT DE mainly in the Utilities Industry. Support existing accounts with industry expertise and connect as & when required. Play the role of an advisor, subject matter expert from Utilities and local market knowledge. Competition benchmarking and competitive positioning. Interstate and New Zealand Travel up to. Must Have Skills Experience in selling and solutioning of Digital Energy products: SCADA, EMS, DMS system, ADMS, Substation Automation, Smart Grid Solutions, DERMS, etc. Experience in Utilities Manufacturing, E&R domain; especially strong T&D experience is required and other industries are also beneficial. Experience in Sales, local Australian Market, business development, account management, bid management, contract negotiation, strategy development and implementation. Experience in engineering and IT / OT solutions and services. Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines. Hands‑On experience of market creation with Alliance partners. Experience in creating multi‑million (10 M USD) business with customers in Utilities and other industries for IoT DE. Executive messaging and connect. Primary Competency Digital Energy products: SCADA / EMS / DMS system, ADMS, Substation Automation, Smart Grid Solutions, DERMS, etc. Solutioning of these products. Sales. Utilities Sector. T&D Domain. Local Australian market. Secondary Competency Certification Required – Any papers, certification or market / regulatory standard relevant to Australian Utilities sector is an added advantage.
