This opportunity is Fixed Term, Full time for 12 months and is open for Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane locations. St Vincent's to Deliver Australia's New Free Digital Mental Health Service St Vincent's is proud to partner with the Australian Government to help Australians access fast, free digital mental health support through the new Medicare Mental Health Check In service, launching nationally from 1 January. This new digital and phone-based model will provide rapid access to evidence-based, low-intensity CBT delivered by qualified practitioners. It will support people experiencing stress, distress or anxiety by offering early, effective intervention that empowers individuals to improve their mental wellbeing sooner. A nationwide capability uplift is now underway to recruit, train and support a large multi-year workforce. As part of this transformation, we are establishing a high-performing Learning ecosystem — supported by digital enablement, human-centred design, and continuous service improvement. About the Role Project Manager, Learning – Digital Mental Health We are seeking an experienced, agile and highly organised Project Manager – Learning to lead the planning, development and implementation of learning programs, digital education products and contribute to workforce capability frameworks and operational training for Australia's newest digital mental health service. This role orchestrates the full project lifecycle across : Learning needs analysis and education service design Functional and capability briefing with clinical, digital and operational leaders Workforce education planning for a rapidly scaling national service Development and commissioning of digital learning platforms, curriculum, tools and resources Coordination of clinical educators, SMEs, product teams and stakeholders to contribute to content development Planning and management of operational readiness, onboarding and capability uplift Embedding quality, safety, person-centred care and mission-aligned principles into all learning activities You will partner closely with the Director of Clinical Services , Clinical Education Lead , Digital Health Product Team , and the Learning #J-18808-Ljbffr
