Job Description As a Front Office Welcomer (Porter), you will provide the initial welcome and final “au revoir” to our guests while assisting with their luggage and vehicles. We seek genuine, passionate hospitality professionals to join our Front Office Team on the Driveway and deliver luxury service to our guests. You will be responsible for: Offering a warm welcome and farewell to our guests Attending to guest requests quickly and efficiently, constantly striving to provide total customer satisfaction Parking and retrieving guest vehicles Delivering and collecting guest luggage Assisting guests with directions and other enquiries Delivering personalised service with passion and professionalism Ensuring the highest level of security for guests’ luggage and vehicles Qualifications A full Driver’s licence Experience driving in Australia is an advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to initiate contact and establish rapport easily A friendly disposition and ability to remain calm in high‑pressure work situations Demonstrated versatility and initiative in responding to guest requests and situations Additional Information Sofitel Melbourne on Collins provides ambassadors with career development opportunities within the hotel and wider Accor Group.
