Overview Permanent full-time position | Monday to Friday roster. DIDO residential role 45 mins from Toowoomba. Drive equipment reliability and performance. About the role As NAC continues to grow, we are now seeking an experienced Maintenance Reliability and Projects Engineer, on a permanent, full-time basis. Working a 5/2 roster and reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Reliability and Projects Engineer will lead and deliver mechanical reliability programs and specific small scale engineering projects on site. What you will do Monitor and report equipment performance; establish equipment performance metrics / KPI’s such as availability, MTBF, MTTR. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement defect elimination solutions and strategies. Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to optimise asset performance. Lead maintenance-specific small engineering projects, from concept through to commissioning. Define or update maintenance strategies and the supporting tactics to improve work management or reliability outcomes. Use data analytics to measure performance and improve reliability.
