About the Role As an Estimator at ACC, you'll play a key role in the success of our construction projects, from early evaluation to cost estimation, supplier engagement, and risk analysis. Reporting to our Estimating Manager, you'll collaborate closely with our Project Teams and Designers/Architects and Subcontractors. As an Estimator you will be: Analysing project plans and specs to define scope and cost. Preparing accurate estimates for labour, materials, and subcontractor services. Sourcing supplier pricing and coordinating materials. Communicating with stakeholders and sub-contractors to clarify project requirements. Identifying risks and value engineering opportunities.
