In order to join the team as our new Senior Estimator you will have the ability to work within a fast-paced industry while all the time exceeding expectations and KPI’s. Industry experience coupled with a positive attitude, site-based knowledge and strong organisational skills will allow you the tools required to succeed in this position. Respected family organisation with stability & security Positive & rewarding team culture Future career progression where great work is recognised & rewarded Best in the industry construction project management system and estimating software Support & guidance from experienced managers Bonus structure (Up to $20k in bonuses if targets are met) Key activities (include but are not limited to the following): Write building insurance assessment reports Estimate for building re-instatement works Answering phone calls and emails from clients, trades people and supervisors Work with supervisors to achieve set budgets Updating database and online portal systems Meet SLA & KPI requirements driving performance expectations Other duties as directed Key Skills: Carpentry / Building Trade Qualification (Preferred) Professional & Organised Attentionto detail while managing time efficiently Valued & active member of a team culture Driven to succeed while working independently Familiarity with OHS practices, legislations & regulations Positive attitude & sound work ethic Unlock job insights Salary match Number of applicants Skills match Your application will include the following questions: How many years' experience do you have as an Estimator?
