About the Role This is a hands‑on, client‑facing HVAC Project Manager role combining sales, estimating, and delivery leadership. You’ll manage a diverse range of projects across the Gold Coast, from ducted systems and VRV installs to chillers and commercial maintenance contracts. It’s an autonomous, results‑driven position with plenty of variety ideal for someone with a technical HVAC background who enjoys both people and projects. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of HVAC projects across commercial, government, and domestic clients Prepare and review tenders, quotes, and proposals for new work Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project efficiency and profitability Plan, schedule, and oversee installations, ensuring WHS and compliance standards are met Provide technical advice on Ducted, Split, VRV, and Chiller systems Work closely with internal managers and technicians to maintain workflow and customer satisfaction What You’ll Need Background in HVAC project management, sales, or estimating (essential) Industry experience is a must, ideally trade-qualified (Cert III Air Conditioning & Refrigeration) Strong time-management, organisational, and client communication skills Ability to work independently while supporting the wider team Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously Current Driver’s Licence What’s on Offer $110,000–$140,000 + Super + Company Vehicle + Phone Bonus opportunities for meeting project KPIs Work 95% locally on the Gold Coast minimal travel Monday–Friday, full-time role with genuine work‑life balance Friendly, stable, and supportive family‑run team Opportunity to grow within a long‑established and respected HVAC business Why You’ll Love It Here This isn’t a corporate environment; it’s a place where you’re trusted, backed, and encouraged to lead.
